Collections

Blog-style collection outputs generated from the site index: tag index pages, sitemap.xml, the RSS feed, and the chronological home archive. Extracted from Build so the render pipeline and the collections subsystem live in separate modules. Build.run_core calls Collections.build_collections in blog mode; docs mode (Build.run_pages) skips it.
