Marathon.Mailer

The Mailer: one deliver/3 seam that dispatches to the named adapter. Callers pass the adapter name and its config explicitly (Marathon reads no env vars itself) — see README.md for the recommended thin env-var glue pattern for an app that wants MAIL_ADAPTER-style configuration.
