Conduit.Dashboard.Assets

The dashboard's one script, served same-origin at <base_path>/assets/dashboard.js (an external file, so it runs under a strict script-src 'self' CSP where inline scripts and inline on* handlers are blocked). Loaded defer by every page.

• Forms carrying data-confirm ask before submitting (retry/delete/cancel).
• On the overview shell, fills #panel-summary / #panel-cluster from

  `<base>/fragments/<name>`, shows an error in a panel that fails, and refreshes
  them in place every 5s.

Single-quoted JS only, so it needs no escaping inside a March string.
